The original proposal for a Residential Care Facility (Miracle Heights) on the south side of Clara Lane at Boones Ferry was withdrawn earlier this year. However, a second application has been filed with the city. The main changes are the addition of an owner’s apartment in the basement and the addition of one bed for a total of 52 beds.
